  • Wexfi provides three types of accounts (Customer, Reseller, Company), resellers can sell vouchers and ads campaigns.
  • Please be advised that advertising campaigns are not encompassed within our standard plans. Users interested in advertising will be subject to additional fees.
  • Similarly, our SMS services are not included in the standard plans, and interested users will be subject to additional fees.
  • Users are allowed a 7 days free trial to explore our services before subscribing, they'll be required to pay 0000 EGP as a security deposit for the device, which can be refunded if you do not wish to subscribe.
  • Users agree to pay for Wexfi's services according to the chosen price plan. Payment methods, billing cycles, and associated fees are detailed on our website. Refund and cancellation policies are outlined in our separate refund policy section.
  • We facilitate payments through smart wallets for your convenience.
  • The fees comprise a one-time charge of 1000 EGP for the device, an essential tool to access our services, alongside the cost of your chosen package, depending on the desired speed and capacity.
  • Depending on your geographical location, please note that shipping the device may take up to 000 days. We are committed to ensuring timely delivery to all our valued users.
  • Wexfi's privacy policy, available on our website, explains how user data is collected, stored, and used. By using our services, users consent to the collection and use of their data in accordance with this policy.
