Refund & Cancellation Policy

During the free trial period of 7 days, clients have the opportunity to try our device risk-free. If, for any reason, they are not satisfied with the device during this trial period, they can initiate a return and request a refund.

Trial Period

After the trial period ends, clients who choose to subscribe to our service will not be eligible to return the device for a refund. If, at any point during their subscription, they are not satisfied with the service, they have the option not to renew for a new month.

Subscription Period

Please note that in the event a client decides not to renew their subscription, the device will not be returned.
